Meet Jasper and Gertie
They’re a couple of professional truck drivers who have each logged over two million miles of safe driving.
Think about that a minute kids.
That's 4,816 trips to the moon and back,each,
OR
32,000 trips together around the circumference of the Earth.
Combined, their experience adds up to over 65 years. Both of them come from families who were in the transportation industry.
Jasper started driving back in the late ‘60’s.
Gertie got started in the middle of the ‘70’s, a time when women drivers were uncommon.
The two of them found each other in Tampa FL, in 1980, and have been inseparable ever since.
Jasper and Gertie have 5 children, 6 grandchildren, and two Great grandchildren. One of their daughters also drives a truck.
